When I worked on this project with Electric Soul, I knew what a Toniebox was but I didn’t yet have one in my home. My toddler was still pretty young at the time, but after working on this campaign, I became a Tonies mega fan and couldn’t wait to introduce her to them.
On Set
For this project, I stepped into a data management role on set – handling the media and prepping the project for post due to the tight turnaround that was expected. This was a hybrid shoot – video and photography – that spanned two days.

In Post
Working closely with Micah (director) in post made the tight deadline attainable, and allowed for a potentially stressful process to be a breeze. Ben nailed it on the color grade, and we were able to deliver all eight spots (two :30’s and six :15’s) in under a month.
Final thoughts
At the time, I didn’t realize how much Tonies would become part of my everyday life, but looking back it’s so cool to have helped contribute toward a commercial for something that my family uses daily.
